RadarRenewal is an internal pilot for organizing mortgage renewal follow-up. This page describes the expectations before a broker adds any record.

Private by default

Client records are protected behind authentication and scoped to the signed-in broker.

Consent stays visible

Record whether consent is unknown, granted, or revoked so follow-up decisions stay explicit.

Keep it minimal

Do not add credentials, SINs, documents, payment details, or sensitive financial account data.

What the pilot stores

The workspace is limited to the fields needed for renewal follow-up: name, contact details, preferred language, current lender, mortgage balance and rate, renewal date, consent status, notes, follow-up status, next action, and an optional reminder date.

What it does not do

RadarRenewal does not send email, SMS, or social messages; run ads; make calls; automate outreach; process payments; or publish client information. Every communication decision remains with the broker.

RadarRenewal is software, not a lender, mortgage brokerage, financial advisor, or source of individualized mortgage recommendations. It does not assess suitability, recommend products, or replace professional judgment and applicable obligations.

Your responsibility

Only add information you are authorized to use, keep consent current, use fictional records for demos, and remove records when they are no longer needed for the pilot. Contact the RadarRenewal team before using the workspace for broader commercial or multi-user workflows.
